Bolt dies can only be used in bolt die head - Threading dies under 1/2 inch require different die head.
Alloy dies are for galv pipe etc.
Made from special pre heat-treated steel, ensuring long life and easy threading
Alloy steel for general purpose threading such as black or galvanised pipe & rod

The life of the dies is greatly affected by the quality of cutting oil used… Asada Threading Oil is highly recommended
