Extend the parking surveillance duration of the U1000 dash cam while minimising power usage in Energy Saving Mode 2.0 by combining it with the U4KRADAR Radar Module. Installing the Radar Module is simple as it mounts on the front windscreen alongside the dash cam. Once in place, it detects motion and enables the dash cam to prepare for saving an event clip prior to an impact. In the event of a detected impact, a 20-second video clip (10 seconds before and 10 seconds after the impact) is automatically saved in a dedicated folder on the MicroSD card. However, when no impacts are detected, the dash cam does not save the footage and resumes Energy Saving Mode 2.0, ensuring efficient power usage. *Parking Surveillance Mode requires hardwiring cable installation.
