Vertex Red Tack EP2 is based on a lithium complex thickener high quality paraffinic and polybutene base stocks combined with the inclusion of extreme pressure additives effective rust oxidation and corrosion inhibitors.
It has a base oil viscosity of 1600 cSt @ 40deg. and a Weld Load of 480kg/f.
APPLICATIONS Vertex Red Tack EP2 is the ideal recommendation for use in extreme heavy duty applications and where high thermal resistance is a must. These applications include all industrial earthmoving agricultural automotive and marine equipment. Vertex Red Tack EP2 is suitable as general purpose grease for industrial applications requiring a NLGI 2 grade Extreme Pressure grease resistant to elevated temperatures.
